David and I met a couple months back at Houston’s ComicPalooza, and as lovely as his art is (check out Kabuki and Echo from Dare Devil), he is equally as amazing.

An old friend of mine brought up David’s name to me years ago, saying that I reminded him a lot of David’s work, and I instantly had to look it up and see what he was talking about. As I said above, David is super talented, his use of water color and mixed media blows me away and he’s one hell of a writer. 

I was very lucky to meet him at ComicPalooza and to be drawn by him. We got to catch up at Austin’s Wizard World Comic Con, where he got to show me that a couple of brush and ink drawings he did of me were now in the latest Dream Logic.

I often make my own wardrobe and accessory pieces for my own shoots, but I also make nifty fascinators, pastie sets, and collars for other folks too! Be it just for dress up, a photo shoot, live event, or burlesque performance, what girl doesn’t want to stand out?
